3. Account Registration

4.3 Virtual Capital

• Virtual capital has no real monetary value
• Virtual profits or losses are for educational purposes only
• Virtual capital allocations vary by subscription tier
• We may reset or adjust virtual capital at our discretion

• Recommends educational content based on your progress
• Does NOT provide personalized investment advice

Kinfora certificates recognize completion of our educational curriculum and assessments:

• TF-100: Kinfora Foundations Certificate
• RM-200: Kinfora Risk Management Certificate
• TA-200: Kinfora Technical Analysis Certificate
• TP-300: Kinfora Trading Psychology Certificate
• MT-400: Kinfora Master Trader Certificate

6.2 Certificate Disclaimer

6.3 Blockchain Verification

• Certificates are minted as NFTs on the Polygon blockchain
• Blockchain records are permanent and publicly verifiable
• You control sharing through LinkedIn integration and your public profile
• Certificates may be revoked for violations of these Terms or academic integrity policies

6.4 Exam Integrity

When taking certification exams, you agree to:

• Complete exams independently without unauthorized assistance
• Not share exam questions or content with others
• Submit to AI proctoring and monitoring during exams
• Accept that violations may result in certificate revocation and account termination

7. Acceptable Use Policy

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use the Platform to:

• Provide investment advice or financial recommendations to other users
• Share "hot tips" or specific trade recommendations
• Promote external financial services or products
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Share exam content or engage in academic dishonesty
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform
• Scrape data or use automated tools without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Circumvent security measures or access controls

7.2 Community Guidelines

In community forums and discussions:

• Keep discussions educational and constructive
• Respect diverse perspectives and experience levels
• Do not share specific investment recommendations
• Report violations to our moderation team

8. Fees and Payment

8.1 Subscription Fees

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region
• We may offer promotional pricing and student discounts (30% off with valid .edu email)
• Annual subscriptions offer discounted rates (up to 32% savings)

8.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

8.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• No refunds for partial months or unused features

9. Intellectual Property

We own or license all intellectual property rights to:

• Educational courses, lessons, and assessments
• Platform software, design, and functionality
• Kinfora trademarks, logos, and branding
• Proprietary algorithms and AI systems

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal educational purposes only. You may not:

• Create derivative works from our materials
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove proprietary notices or watermarks

9.3 User Content

By posting content to our Platform (forum posts, discussions), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and moderate such content for Platform operation and improvement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINFORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party content, external links, or user-generated content in community forums.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kinfora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Platform
• Any investment decisions you make

13. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by:

• Access to paid features ends immediately or at billing period end
• Earned certificates remain on blockchain but may be marked as revoked
• We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@kinfora.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

14.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in the state where Kinfora maintains its principal place of business.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kinfora.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
